LinkedIn for B2B

LinkedIn Ads and lead generation that reach the right decision-makers

SAB plans and runs LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn lead generation for B2B companies selling in Indonesia. We connect targeting, offers, landing pages and sales follow-up, so every lead is judged by the same definition of quality.

Best for B2B companies with a clear buyer profile, a sales team ready to follow up, and deal sizes that justify LinkedIn's typically higher click costs.

Common problems

Why LinkedIn budgets often disappoint B2B teams

LinkedIn can reach the people who make buying decisions. It is also easy to spend a lot there without building pipeline.

Targeting that is too broad or too narrow

LinkedIn lets you target by job function, seniority, industry and company size. Set it too wide and budget reaches the wrong people. Set it too tight and the audience is too small to learn from.

Leads that look good but never reply

Lead Gen Forms make submitting easy, which can also bring low-intent contacts. Without qualifying questions and quick follow-up, sales ends up chasing names that never answer.

Spend with no clear link to pipeline

Campaign Manager reports clicks, impressions and form fills. If those are not tied to meetings and deals in your CRM, it is hard to defend the budget internally.

Ads and company page tell different stories

Prospects often check your company page and team profiles before they reply. If the page looks inactive or does not match the ad, trust drops.

Our approach

Start from the account list and the sales conversation

We begin with who your sales team actually wants to talk to: industries, company sizes, job functions and seniority levels, and, where available, a list of target accounts. That becomes both the targeting plan and the qualification rules for every lead.

Then we match the offer to buyer readiness. Senior buyers rarely book a demo from a cold ad, so we combine useful content, Lead Gen Forms or landing pages, and retargeting. We also agree with sales how each lead is followed up.

  • Targeting built from your ideal customer profile and account list
  • Offers matched to where the buyer is in their decision
  • Lead Gen Forms or landing pages, chosen per campaign
  • Insight Tag and conversion tracking in place before launch
  • Updates every one to two weeks, reviewed with sales feedback
Scope

What SAB handles in a LinkedIn program

The final scope depends on your goals and is written into the proposal. These are the components we usually work on.

Audience and account targeting

Targeting by job function, seniority, industry and company size, plus uploaded company or contact lists through Matched Audiences where suitable.

Campaign setup and management

Campaign structure, objectives, bidding and budget pacing in Campaign Manager, with regular optimization based on lead quality, not only cost.

Ad copy and creative

Single image, document, video or conversation-style ads, written in plain English or Indonesian depending on the audience.

Lead Gen Forms and landing pages

Forms with the right qualifying questions, or a dedicated landing page when the offer needs more explanation. We weigh lead volume against lead quality.

Tracking and reporting

Insight Tag, conversion events and lead source tracking, so you can see which campaigns produce meetings and not just form fills.

Company page and profile support

Practical support for your company page and key team profiles, so prospects who look you up after seeing an ad find a consistent, credible presence.

How it works

From discovery call to ongoing optimization

SAB works in four stages: discovery, strategy, execution and optimization. Here is how that looks for LinkedIn campaigns.

30-minute discovery call

We learn your offer, buyers, sales process and past LinkedIn results, and check whether LinkedIn suits your deal size.

Lead definition and measures

With sales, we agree what counts as a qualified lead and which measures we track, such as qualified enquiries, meetings, conversion rate and cost per lead.

Audience, offer and tracking setup

We build audiences, write ads and forms, set up the Insight Tag and conversions, and document the scope in the proposal.

Launch and learn

Campaigns go live with controlled budgets. Early data shows which audiences and messages earn qualified responses.

Optimize with sales feedback

Every one to two weeks we report, compare lead data with sales feedback, and adjust targeting, creative, forms and budget.

Options compared

Boosted posts, organic only, or a managed LinkedIn program

Each option has a place. This comparison helps you decide what fits your stage and goals.

Boosted postsOrganic LinkedIn onlyManaged with SAB

Organic posting by founders and sales staff is valuable, and for some companies it is enough. Paid LinkedIn makes sense when you need to reach specific decision-makers at a steadier pace.

Practical guide

How to make LinkedIn Ads work for B2B in Indonesia

These principles apply whether you run LinkedIn yourself or with a partner. They help you spend less on the wrong audience and give sales leads they can use.

Check that your deal size fits LinkedIn

LinkedIn clicks usually cost more than on many other ad platforms. It tends to pay off when one closed deal is worth enough to cover several weeks of testing. If your average sale is small, start with search ads or other channels.

Target by function and seniority, not only titles

Job titles vary widely in Indonesia, and the same role may be written in English or Indonesian. Targeting by job function and seniority, then excluding irrelevant groups, is often more reliable than listing dozens of titles.

Add one or two qualifying questions

Short forms bring more leads, but not always better ones. A question about company size, timeline or main need helps sales prioritize and filters out job seekers and students.

Choose the language per audience

Some audiences in Indonesia respond well in English, others in Bahasa Indonesia. Test both when your audience is mixed, and keep the landing page in the same language as the ad.

Get form leads to sales quickly

Lead Gen Form data does not reach your sales team by itself unless you connect it to a CRM or download it regularly. Agree who follows up, how quickly and with what message, so interest does not fade.

Measure meetings, not just cost per lead

A cheap lead that never replies is more expensive than it looks. Track how many LinkedIn leads become meetings and opportunities, and move budget toward the audiences that produce them.

Is a LinkedIn program right for you?

LinkedIn works best for a specific kind of B2B company. Here is a quick check.

A good fit if

  • You sell to companies, and specific roles make the buying decision
  • Your deal value can support higher costs per click
  • A sales team or founder can follow up within an agreed time
  • You want to reach decision-makers who are hard to find through search
  • You are willing to test and review lead quality with us

Probably not a fit yet if

  • Your product is low-priced and sold mainly to consumers
  • No one is available to follow up with leads
  • You need results within days on a very small budget
  • You only want more followers, not leads
Cost

What affects the cost of LinkedIn Ads management

We do not use fixed packages, because audiences and goals differ. Cost is built from the factors below and explained in the proposal.

Media spend and markets

Media spend is paid to LinkedIn and sized to your audience, goals and markets. Larger or multi-country audiences need more budget to test properly.

Number of audiences and offers

Each audience segment and offer needs its own ads, forms and analysis. More segments mean more setup and management work.

Creative and landing pages

Document ads, video or a new landing page add production work, especially when content is needed in both English and Indonesian.

Tracking and CRM connection

Connecting Lead Gen Forms and conversions to your CRM or reporting setup affects the initial setup effort.

LinkedIn media spend is billed separately by LinkedIn. Management fees, taxes and exact scope are set out in the proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Are LinkedIn Ads worth it for B2B companies in Indonesia?

They can be, when your buyers are identifiable by role and industry and your deal value supports higher click costs. LinkedIn is less suitable for low-priced products. We check this fit during the discovery call before recommending a budget.

Do you guarantee a number of leads or meetings?

No. Results depend on your offer, market, budget and sales follow-up. We agree on the measures we track before launch, and any performance commitment only applies if it is written in a signed agreement.

Should we use Lead Gen Forms or a landing page?

Lead Gen Forms make submitting easier, especially on mobile, which can raise volume. A landing page gives room to explain a complex offer and can filter for intent. We often test both and keep what produces better qualified leads.

Can you run campaigns in both English and Indonesian?

Yes. We write ads and forms in plain English or Indonesian depending on the audience, and we can test both languages when your market is mixed.

Do you also manage our company page and profiles?

LinkedIn management is one of SAB's services, so company page and profile support can be included alongside paid campaigns. The exact scope is defined in the proposal.

Who owns the ad account?

We recommend running campaigns in an ad account owned by your company, with SAB given access. That way your data and campaign history stay with you. Access arrangements are confirmed at the start.

How long before we see results?

Campaigns collect data from launch, but it often takes several weeks of testing before patterns in lead quality are clear. We report every one to two weeks and explain what the data does and does not show yet.

How do we get started?

Book a 30-minute discovery call at schedule.sab.id or message us on WhatsApp. Share your offer, the roles and industries you sell to, and any past LinkedIn results.

Talk to us about your LinkedIn plan

Send us your offer, the roles and industries you sell to, your target accounts if you have them, and any past LinkedIn results. We will prepare focused questions for the first call.
